Section 1
By accessing milor.dog and submitting a membership application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of the State of Florida.
Section 2
All dogs must provide proof of Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations and pass a behavioral assessment. Milor reserves the right to deny membership to any dog deemed aggressive or unsuitable for a shared club environment.
Membership is by invitation only. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are reviewed individually by the Milor founding team.
Section 3
The initiation fee is available upon request and communicated directly to approved applicants. Pricing may vary depending on membership tier and location.
Section 4
You voluntarily assume all risks of off-leash socialization. You release MILOR and JCN Technologies LLC from liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence under Florida law.
Section 5
Your data is used solely for membership management and will not be sold to third parties. By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by the Milor team regarding your candidacy.
Section 6
Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in Miami-Dade County courts. Contact: contact@milor.dog
